Website Awareness Month: Our website has helped many of our patients continue treatment at home by accessing exercises and health articles that benefit them. When you check out our website during the month of March AND become a member, your name will go in a drawing for an iPod Shuffle! Drawing will be held on March 31, 2010.
Nutrition of the Month: Vitamin C! It's always important to have enough Vitamin C in our diet but especially during cold and flu season. Our Metagenics Ultrapotent C comes in powder, chewable or tablet. It's 10% off during the month of March.

March 15– Dr. Powell is speaking on Brain-Based Care at 6 pm in our office. Ask Dr. Powell if this class would directly benefit you.
March 17 – Happy St. Patrick's Day!
March 18 – Beyond Rubies! Dr. Powell speaks at Beyond Rubies today - his talk is entitled "Change Your Pain - Change Your Brain".
March 19 - Dr. Shanahan will not be in the office today as she is speaking at Beyond Rubies. Her talk is entitled "Posture-Problem-Pain? Ahhhh ... Now That's Perfect". See the Beyond Rubies booklets in the reception room for more information.
March 22 - 24 - Dr. Shanahan is out of the office.
