Increase Your Own Resilience

Increase your own resilience.  A mantra we have lived by always is: “make yourself an inhospitable host” (I think all credit needs to go to Dr Fred Barge) and the best way to do that is to take the best possible care of yourself.  Eat well, exercise, sleep, get adjusted and push the odds in your favor with great supplements.  We all are doing great with the C and Zink, but consider adding NAC (a building block for glutathione – the body’s best antioxidant.) B vitamins (esp. B3, building block for NAD: cellular energy and mitochondrial function), D3 (I like mine with K) and a great Omega 3 supplement.  Decrease inflammation by getting sugar out of your diet and limiting Omega 6 oils (corn, safflower…)
